Description

  • Serve as the primary intake point for managers and team members raising Team Member Relations concerns and inquiries.
  • Receive, document, and route workplace concerns and employee relations matters appropriately.
  • Conduct initial triage of incoming concerns by assessing urgency, complexity, risk, and policy implications.
  • Provide general guidance on policies, processes, and next steps for lower-complexity inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in the case management system.
  • Provide administrative and operational support across Team Member Relations programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate training logistics, prepare materials, and maintain internal resources.
  • Serve as a liaison between Legal and HR for documentation and administrative coordination.
  • Participate in a rotational People Coordinator program across multiple People functions over three to four rotations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Experience in People or administrative functions is preferred.
  • Strong confidentiality practices and ability to handle information on a need-to-know basis.
  • Genuine interest in building a career in a People or HR-related role.
  • Highly organized, action-oriented, and able to manage time, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Energetic self-starter with initiative and a curiosity to learn.
  • Ability to work within company policies, data privacy expectations, and secure record handling practices.
