Description

  • Own the Americas partner success strategy, including priorities, structure, and operating rhythm for the region.
  • Lead, grow, and develop the partner success team across North and South America.
  • Build and manage executive-level partner relationships to accelerate partner positioning, selling, and delivery of Coupa solutions.
  • Drive partner activation, capability, and capacity in partnership with Field Alliances and Professional Services.
  • Develop and track partner business plans aligned to regional and vertical growth goals using scorecards and regular reviews.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between partners and internal teams including Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, Product, Finance, and alliance owners.
  • Partner with account managers and practice leads on resource capacity planning and pipeline growth.
  • Ensure partners are commercially ready to transact and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Help shape the evolution of the regional partner model and contribute to global partner success planning.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in software implementation, pre-sales, or partner/channel development, ideally in procurement, finance, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience leading teams that include senior individual contributors.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally at the executive level with both partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort working across North and South America; Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency is a plus.
  • Strong technical credibility in solution or delivery work plus business acumen in commercial and relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience with Coupa or a direct competitor is a strong plus.
  • Ability to operate with partial information and build clarity over time.
