Description

  • Assist in the preparation and launch of training programs, including application setup, client communications, and instructional staff hiring.
  • Oversee multiple programs simultaneously while managing timelines and execution across competing deadlines.
  • Support strategic initiatives to improve program impact, learner experience, and scalability.
  • Manage the admissions process by monitoring applicant pipelines, coordinating outreach, and supporting enrollment activities.
  • Handle contractor screening, review, and hiring for Teaching Assistants and Lead Instructors.
  • Manage live online training programs and support learners, instructors, teaching assistants, and other stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Monitor learner progress, troubleshoot learner needs, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and guide a small team of 1-2 Operations Analysts, including feedback, mentorship, and career development.
  • Support client relationships by addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for program enhancements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Operations, Curriculum, Professional Development, Account Management, and other teams.
  • Analyze program performance metrics and contribute reporting and insights for senior leadership.
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices to improve program delivery and experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of program management experience, including at least 1 year in an educational or training institution.
  • Experience leading and managing teams with autonomy and demonstrated success.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Experience with data analysis, CRM or Salesforce, and other education-related software is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and competing deadlines involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a remote-first environment with working hours aligned to East Coast time (Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM ET).
  • Availability for occasional Saturday work, with compensatory time off provided.
  • Strong preference for candidates located in the MENA region.
