Description

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between Client Service Consultants and clients during implementation projects.
  • Lead technical discussions on database conversion, data mapping, SQL script support, workflow logic, security configuration, and reporting.
  • Partner with product, programming, and consulting teams to resolve high-priority implementation issues and support go-live readiness.
  • Track bugs and findings during implementations using JIRA and provide technical context for troubleshooting.
  • Support client business process review sessions, technical requirements, and project documentation development.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for authentication, data cleanup, integrations, HL7, MIRTH Connect, and other implementation tasks.
  • Define and document technical requirements through change requests and change control documentation.
  • Support test case development, validate software changes, and participate in design reviews with programming and product teams.
  • Conduct system administrator and advanced business intelligence reporting training for client technical leads.
  • Recommend product enhancements based on client business and technical needs analysis.

Requirements

  • University degree in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, business administration, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Industry experience in Sustainability or EHSQ is highly recommended.
  • Experience with Cority software is desired.
  • Working knowledge of relational database management tools such as SQL or Oracle.
  • Working knowledge of web service utilities using SOAP or REST APIs.
  • Working knowledge of SSO platforms such as ADFS, Shibboleth, and Ping Federate.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, PowerShell, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
  • Experience with MIRTH or other middleware tools for converting CSV to HL7 is a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to mentor team members and resolve conflicts is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and the ability to understand and communicate the role of technology in SaaS delivery.
  • May be required to travel.
