Description

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between Cority Client Service Consultants and clients during implementation projects.
  • Support database conversion, data mapping, SQL script writing, legacy system integration, security configuration, workflow logic, and advanced report development.
  • Partner with product, programming, and consulting teams to resolve high-priority implementation issues and support go-live readiness.
  • Track bugs and findings during implementation using JIRA.
  • Participate in client business process review sessions and support in-scope technical requirements and project documentation.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise for application authentication, data cleanup, and system integrations using web services, SQL scripts, FTP/SFTP, HL7, and MIRTH Connect.
  • Define and document technical requirements through change requests and support test case development and validation of software changes.
  • Conduct system administrator and advanced business intelligence reporting training for client technical leads.
  • Provide enhancement suggestions to Product Management based on client business and technical needs analysis.

Requirements

  • University degree in occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, business administration, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Industry experience in Sustainability or EHSQ is highly recommended.
  • Experience with Cority software is desired.
  • Working knowledge of relational database management tools such as SQL or Oracle.
  • Working knowledge of web service utilities using SOAP or REST APIs.
  • Experience with SSO platforms such as ADFS, Shibboleth, or Ping Federate.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, PowerShell, and VBA.
  • Experience with MIRTH or other middleware tools for converting CSV to HL7 is a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and the ability to understand the role of technology in SaaS delivery.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor team members and resolve conflicts is a strong asset.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
