Description

  • Manage the sales process from prospecting and qualification through contract close with diligent follow-up on prospective accounts.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients within the territory and target markets.
  • Create demand and identify opportunities to market and sell Cority’s EHSQ product suite.
  • Manage the RFI, RFP, and proposal process in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Provide the Director of Sales with visibility into the sales pipeline and forecasted revenue.
  • Develop and leverage personal and corporate networks to create sales opportunities.
  • Create territory strategies and strategic account plans with the Director of Sales to support annual goal achievement.
  • Obtain and communicate market intelligence back to internal stakeholders.
  • Attend and participate in industry conferences and events.
  • Identify and develop relationships with strategic partners as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing, client services, development, legal, and finance teams to support the sales process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise solution sales experience.
  • Strong track record of hunting and closing SaaS, software, and consulting services agreements.
  • Industry sales experience is an asset.
  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and WebEx.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong understanding of strategic selling techniques.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Understanding of pipeline management, CRM, and forecasting principles.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Polished executive presence.
