Description

  • Act as the primary technical partner for go-to-market strategy and Salesforce system architecture.
  • Own the technical lifecycle of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ, including Product/Pricing Rules and the quote-to-order process.
  • Lead integration of Agentforce to automate business reasoning and improve user productivity.
  • Manage the full Salesforce sprint process from requirements gathering and Jira story refinement through deployment.
  • Oversee Salesforce security architecture, including roles, profiles, sharing sets, and permission set groups.
  • Standardize and maintain documentation for technical customizations and business processes.
  • Serve on the Tech Stack Steering Committee and align system functionality with long-term IT plans.
  • Audit technical debt and assess the system-wide impact of configuration changes.
  • Translate complex logic into professional documentation for both business users and technical peers.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of Salesforce business process design and configuration experience in a B2B software environment.
  • Advanced technical competency in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Salesforce CPQ management.
  • Strong competency with Salesforce Flow Builder and a foundational understanding of Apex triggers.
  • Mandatory Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • A 4-year college degree, preferably in a technical, engineering, or business discipline.
  • Experience managing technical requirements and sprints in Jira.
  • Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or Platform Developer I certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SQL is preferred.
  • An AI-first mindset with interest in leveraging Agentforce and automation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Sales Operations environment with continuous learning and collaboration.
