Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute strategic sales approaches.
  • Conduct pre- and post-sales outreach to support customer satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Coordinate lead generation campaigns, prospecting activities, and demand generation outreach.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or sales opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Maintain and expand prospect and customer records in the CRM system.
  • Generate customer quotes, proposals, contracts, and related sales documentation.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and initiate the sales process.
  • Support reseller and partner communications throughout the sales cycle.
  • Track and report on sales activity, pipeline progress, and market conditions.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to support timely order fulfillment and delivery commitments.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives such as trade shows, events, and vendor engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Technology, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and at least 4 years of relevant business experience.
  • 2–5 years of inside sales, sales support, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting Federal or government sales environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-up and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move trade show materials and equipment as needed.
