Description

  • Own the full-funnel growth vision and roadmap across customer acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of growth marketers, channel leads, and analysts.
  • Oversee performance across paid and organic channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, and emerging platforms.
  • Build a culture of testing, measurement, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with Product and Tech on growth loops, cross-sell, upsell, and referral initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Creative on storytelling and performance creative that supports growth goals.
  • Own growth forecasting, budget allocation, and performance reporting across digital and offline channels.
  • Stay current on emerging marketing trends and technologies, including AI, personalization, and the creator economy.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital acquisition, and lifecycle management in fast-paced DTC or marketplace environments.
  • Proven success leading large-scale customer acquisition and retention programs across multiple channels.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, cohort analysis, and performance forecasting.
  • Experience building and managing teams across media, data, creative, and product functions.
  • Strong background in experimentation frameworks, conversion rate optimization, and funnel diagnostics.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives to shape company strategy and growth objectives.
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets with an ROI-driven, analytical mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
