Description

  • Drive enterprise revenue growth by developing and executing partnership strategies across healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, telehealth companies, and health plans.
  • Build and document a repeatable sales playbook for selling into high-value healthcare customers and coach future account executives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Identify, prioritize, and develop high-value opportunities with tailored solutions for each healthcare organization.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to support implementation and delivery.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of CookUnity’s offerings and the competitive landscape to position the company effectively.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to internal teams on healthcare trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and track pipeline activity using CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Demonstrated success selling into the healthcare sector, including hospitals, health systems, telehealth providers, and/or health plans.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory environments, key stakeholders, and decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives and senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and familiarity with sales pipeline management.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals from multiple sources, including conferences, direct outreach, and network events.
  • Experience with enterprise deals exceeding $500K in total contract value, preferred.
  • Established network within the healthcare sector, preferred.
  • Interest in food, “food as medicine,” or experience in food services, nutrition, or wellness-related industries in a healthcare context, preferred.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, preferred.
