Description

  • Build AI-powered tools for performance marketing, including bid strategy analysis, budget pacing alerts, creative scoring, and anomaly detection across paid channels.
  • Develop AI workflows for creative production, including ad copy generation, creative brief automation, image variation, and feedback loops with the studio team.
  • Implement AI-driven personalization and send-time optimization for CRM across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
  • Build agentic workflows that use Snowflake data to generate segment logic and trigger Braze campaigns with minimal manual intervention.
  • Automate landing page variant generation, headline testing ideation, and audience-based personalization logic.
  • Create internal AI tools such as dashboards, Slack bots, and report generators to reduce repetitive analytical work.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to identify AI-powered features that improve funnel conversion and retention.
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain the AI/ML toolstack for Growth, including LLM APIs, orchestration tools, and data pipelines.
  • Report business impact clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Educate and mentor team members to work more effectively with AI.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of engineering or technical experience.
  • Meaningful hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to real business problems; side projects are accepted.
  • Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
  • Comfort working with APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM providers.
  • Ability to build repeatable skills or plugins for popular LLM clients.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A builder’s mentality and preference for shipping working prototypes over writing specs.
  • Preferred: experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Agent SDK, n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom TypeScript/Python pipelines.
  • Preferred: prior work at a DTC subscription company or growth-stage startup.
  • Preferred: familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or fine-tuning.
  • Preferred: experience building internal tools used by non-technical teams.
  • Preferred: familiarity with marketing platforms and data infrastructure such as Braze, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Snowflake.
  • Preferred: strong understanding of growth marketing.
  • Technologies used include OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, Braze, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, dbt, Hex, TypeScript, Agent SDK, Vercel AI SDK, Python, n8n, Make, Slack, Notion, Jira, and Google Workspace.
