Description

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 customer accounts through a mix of human and digital engagement.
  • Own the post-sale customer relationship and support customer success and ROI with the product suite.
  • Lead renewals for the United Kingdom book of business.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and Professional Services to deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Drive product adoption and license utilization through onboarding and ongoing customer support.
  • Identify customer needs and present additional products to support retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support geographically assigned POD teams in growing and expanding customer accounts.
  • Monitor customer product experience and provide consultation and recommendations to improve performance and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and fluent in another language is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a fast-growing SaaS business.
  • Prior ownership of a portfolio of more than 200 accounts across multiple segments or verticals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Proven ability to lead seven-figure renewal negotiations.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, proactivity, and anticipation of customer needs.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, IT management, or Software Sales.
  • Positive, customer-centric attitude with a willingness to put customer needs first.
  • Some travel required.
  • Preferred experience with Outreach.io, Gong, Salesforce, Slack, Splunk, Zoom, Google Workspace, and/or FileMaker Pro.
  • Preferred experience working in or with organizations that have large IT departments.
  • Preferred working knowledge of VDI and Citrix or VMware virtualization solutions.
