Description

  • Support relationship managers with daily activities for internal and external customers.
  • Learn product capabilities in order to support sales conversations and client needs.
  • Assist senior sales representatives with customer pitches and deal execution.
  • Help junior team members understand the sales cycle and product pitching.
  • Manage a portfolio of small clients when assigned.
  • Participate in pipeline calls, CRM updates, pitch preparation, and reporting.
  • Discuss and brainstorm new initiatives, define scope, and support commercial negotiations with clients.
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Business teams on client conceptualization, development, implementation, and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Cash Management with corporates, with payments experience as a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or finance.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus.
  • High degree of honesty, integrity, and sound judgment.
  • Strong English and Spanish skills are required; Portuguese or French are welcome.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different schedules and timing.
