Description

  • Define and lead the partner marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals.
  • Identify and prioritize strategic partners across technology, cloud, product, and data categories.
  • Build scalable frameworks for partner segmentation, engagement, and co-marketing.
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with key partners.
  • Drive demand generation through co-marketing campaigns, events, and account-based programs.
  • Launch and scale partner programs including webinars, events, content, and digital campaigns.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across field, digital, and ABM channels.
  • Collaborate with field marketing to activate partners at Tier 1 events and owned experiences.
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders across sales, partnerships, and product.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on partner or alliance marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through partner programs.
  • Experience building and scaling partner marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market motions, including ABM, field marketing, and demand generation.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams.
  • Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to move from strategy to delivery.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing performance.
  • Experience working with technology partners such as integrations or marketplaces is preferred.
  • Background in high-growth SaaS environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tech stacks such as SFDC and Marketo is preferred.
