Description

  • Acquire new partners, expand the partner base, and sell new software solutions.
  • Partner with the broader Sales team to manage the sales cycle from open to close.
  • Research, analyze, and document findings to support sales efforts.
  • Support cross-functional teams with strong attention to detail.
  • Coach, review, and delegate work to other team members when needed.
  • Meet annual sales growth and contract value targets, including Sell-To and Sell-Through goals.
  • Manage prospects and partners within the ideal customer profile and designated territory.
  • Prospect new and existing accounts through cold calling, email outreach, and business reviews.
  • Qualify accounts and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to achieve quarterly sales goals.
  • Negotiate contract terms, discounts, implementation, pricing, margins, and conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Recognized subject matter expert in the applicable work area.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and processes based on partner requirements.
  • Comfortable with prolonged phone use.
  • Ability to make 40-50 outbound calls per day.
  • Knowledge of the Managed Service Provider (MSP), Technology Service Provider (TSP), and security industries.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and leverage resources appropriately.
  • Remote or hybrid work based on location, with 0-10% travel required.
