Description

  • Own the research, targeting, and prospect lists that shape the go-to-market strategy and pipeline for strategic accounts.
  • Drive outbound outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn to engage operators and decision-makers at target brands.
  • Partner closely with the account executive to map each brand’s org structure, workflows, and pain points.
  • Learn from customer, prospect, and ecosystem partner conversations to deepen account and vertical understanding.
  • Create early traction inside key brands and help the pod build momentum each sprint.
  • Hit and exceed meeting targets and support overall pipeline generation for the team.
  • Bring insights and findings to senior leadership when needed.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound BDR, sales, or business development at a SaaS company preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Confident, clear communication skills with the ability to speak with owners, operators, and decision-makers.
  • Track record of beating quotas in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong competitive drive and motivation to hit and exceed targets.
  • Execution-driven mindset with the ability to move fast, take ownership, and work without perfect instructions.
  • Resourceful and analytical approach to problem-solving and opening new opportunities.
  • Comfort working in a high-autonomy, high-accountability role.
  • Curiosity and ability to quickly learn how different verticals and workflows operate.
