Description

  • Own research, targeting, and prospect list creation to shape the go-to-market strategy and pipeline.
  • Drive outbound outreach through calls, email, and LinkedIn to connect with operators and decision-makers.
  • Partner closely with the AE to map target accounts’ org structures, workflows, and pain points.
  • Build relationships inside sophisticated organizations and help open doors for strategic accounts.
  • Bring insights from customer, prospect, and partner conversations to senior leadership, including the C-suite.
  • Hit and exceed meeting targets and create early traction within key brands.
  • Help the pod build momentum each sprint through consistent execution and follow-through.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound BDR, sales, or business development at a SaaS company preferred.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Confident, clear communicator comfortable speaking with owners, operators, and decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of beating quotas in a fast-moving environment.
  • Competitive, hungry, and motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Execution-driven, able to move fast, take ownership, and work without perfect instructions.
  • Resourceful and analytical, with the ability to break down problems and identify angles that open doors.
  • Able to thrive in a high-autonomy, high-accountability role.
  • Curious and quick to learn how different verticals and workflows operate.
