Description

  • Design, build, and optimize advanced AI and GenAI products for Conga’s enterprise solutions.
  • Own complex features and contribute to architectural decisions for new functionality.
  • Participate in technical reviews and help define how features should be built.
  • Mentor junior engineers and raise the quality of code reviews across the team.
  • Develop production-grade AI solutions from data collection and preprocessing through model training, deployment, and optimization.
  • Design robust test suites and drive automation to improve software quality and reliability.
  • Use telemetry and performance indicators to identify issues proactively and support root-cause analysis.
  • Partner with product management to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software in production.
  • Manage priorities, mitigate risks, and deliver features with accountability in a DevOps model.
  • Document technical decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience building scalable software with Python, FastAPI, PyTest, Celery, and modern design patterns.
  • Experience working across the full AI/GenAI lifecycle, including training, deployment, and optimization.
  • Experience with advanced ML algorithms, generative models, NLP, or transformers (preferred).
  • Familiarity with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, plus MLOps practices (preferred).
  • Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL (preferred).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or GCP technologies such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, GKE, GCS, DataFlow, or Kubeflow (preferred).
  • Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka (preferred).
  • Strong focus on building resilient, testable software.
  • Additional programming language experience in C#, Java, or Scala (preferred).
  • Ability to navigate complex systems, lead technical conversations, and work effectively in a DevOps model.
