Description

  • Maintain accurate employee data in the UKG HRIS.
  • Manage domestic and international employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Advise employees on country-specific policies, benefits, holidays, and employment practices.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international employment laws, including recordkeeping, audits, and reporting.
  • Partner with legal counsel and global employment vendors on compliant contracts, employment structures, and practices.
  • Support employment, payroll, benefits, and data privacy audits, including I-9, E-Verify, and GDPR processes.
  • Create and implement HR policies, handbook updates, employee communications, and HR initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations and support managers with performance plans, appraisals, goal setting, and career development.
  • Maintain and analyze job descriptions and support compensation analysis.
  • Coordinate employee training and collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Embedded Program teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR-related experience, including employee onboarding.
  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Business Administration.
  • Experience with HRIS software; UKG and Greenhouse experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of international labor laws, onboarding, or employee relations preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite products.

  • $80,000–$85,000 annual pay range.
