Description

  • Own partner relationships across your territory, including onboarding, growth, and ongoing management.
  • Develop joint plans with strategic commerce partners such as SAP, Salesforce, and Shopify, and track progress against agreed metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for joint solutions with partners and take them to market.
  • Serve as the portfolio owner and internal subject matter expert for partners within Contentstack’s global sales organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, marketing, partners, and customer success to improve partner processes and outcomes.
  • Advise partners, clients, and account teams on partner growth strategies and best-in-class joint solutions.
  • Coordinate with the global partnership team to share knowledge and maintain a consistent global approach to partner management.
  • Manage administrative activities related to partnerships in your region.
  • Create and execute a regional go-to-market strategy.
  • Track performance against OKRs, KPIs, and quotas.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in partner management and building successful partnerships with strategic technology and solutions partners.
  • Experience working with partners such as Salesforce, SAP, commercetools, Shopify, Algolia, or EPAM.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and financial metrics.
  • Strong network and established relationships across relevant partner ecosystems.
  • Prior experience promoting SaaS products and integrating them into existing solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a growth-oriented, pipeline-generating mindset.
  • Independent, results-oriented work style with the ability to drive change in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • A positive presence and ownership of mutual success for both partner and company.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $150,000-$165,000 plus variable compensation based on skillset and experience.
  • International salary ranges available for Canada (CAD 135,000-155,000), the UK (GBP 90,000-110,000), and the Netherlands (EUR 95,000-115,000).
