Description

  • Develop and evolve an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Translate company priorities into channel plans and define KPIs across web, paid, organic, and AI-powered search.
  • Provide executive-ready performance reporting, insights, and recommendations.
  • Partner with corporate and regional marketing teams to align investments and outcomes.
  • Own paid media oversight and optimization across Google Ads, LinkedIn, display, and 6sense alignment.
  • Lead AI-powered search optimization, AEO implementation, SEO strategy, and on-page optimization.
  • Own website roadmap, UX improvements, conversion optimization, and experimentation initiatives.
  • Partner with content teams to align website content, customer journeys, campaigns, social, and blog performance.
  • Manage social media strategy, day-to-day execution, publishing, and account performance across all social channels.
  • Lead and develop the Marketing Operations Senior Manager, manage digital vendors, and oversee marketing technology platforms.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience.
  • Experience in infrastructure, data center, cloud, network, or complex technology environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated success balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Strong expertise in AEO, SEO, SEM, paid social, website optimization, and analytics.
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of Canada privacy laws, email compliance, spam rules, and Quebec regulatory requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of WCAG and AODA compliance for web design.
  • Data-driven and commercially focused mindset.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to operate effectively in lean, resource-constrained environments.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, relationship-building, and short-form writing skills for social content.
  • BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available, including CPT/OPT.
