Description

  • Oversee day-to-day management of the national sales organization and provide leadership, coaching, and performance oversight for a team of 6.
  • Act as an extension of the CRO by reducing operational demands and supporting market-facing work, strategic growth, and key deal execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for national sales team needs and coordinate across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Content.
  • Manage and review the sales funnel weekly, including pipeline accuracy, status updates, and follow-up on uncontacted leads.
  • Coordinate territories updates, compensation reviews, performance reviews, forecasting calls, and monthly new business commitments.
  • Project manage go-to-market efforts and ensure resources are planned and delivered across sales, marketing, product, and finance.
  • Drive follow-through on revenue-impacting initiatives and ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
  • Support large deals by aligning stakeholders, providing technical expertise, and removing internal blockers.
  • Monitor contract queues, custom projects, and non-standard payment terms to keep deals moving and bookings on track.
  • Respond to internal reporting requests and support adoption of tools, messaging, and enablement processes.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in strategic or enterprise sales.
  • Experience leading a sales team.
  • Significant technical expertise in the pharmacy space.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
  • Strong hunting skills with a focus on land-and-expand sales motions.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in AI-driven tools to strengthen sales capabilities.
