Description

  • Own and execute sales strategy for top enterprise accounts with 10,000+ employees.
  • Lead and close enterprise deals ranging from $200K to $2M+ through complex procurement cycles.
  • Conduct detailed discovery with engineering leaders, procurement teams, and executives to understand needs and goals.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and expansion opportunities.
  • Create customized proposals, negotiate contract terms, and manage deals from initial contact through close.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to support handoffs, align on customer feedback, and inform product needs.
  • Manage a pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities and provide accurate forecasts and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on account expansions and contract renewals to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Develop territory and account plans to identify opportunities and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing contracts from $200K to $2M+.
  • Experience selling into large organizations with 10,000+ employees and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling and solution-based selling experience, preferably in industrial equipment, automotive, aerospace, or similarly technical sectors.
  • Ability to manage a growing pipeline of enterprise opportunities with timely follow-up and deal progression.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in complex enterprise sales cycles and aligning internal resources to win business.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecast deals accurately.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and focused on exceeding sales targets and growing enterprise accounts.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
