Description

  • Recruit, develop, retain, and coach sales talent while managing performance and career development.
  • Lead hands-on deal execution, including prospect conversations and support for larger enterprise closes.
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Inspect the sales process and pipeline closely and drive continuous daily improvements.
  • Own reporting on performance, pipeline movement, and forecasting for the senior leadership team.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and share insights across the company.
  • Experiment with sales strategies to increase annual recurring revenue and improve sales efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to support campaigns, content, and product roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience with yearly team quotas of $5M+ in new ARR.
  • Experience selling SaaS or cloud solutions to highly technical buyers.
  • Experience leading sales in an undefined product category that requires education and coaching to close.
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, and scale sales teams, including AEs and AMs.
  • Proven track record of closing annual contracts across customer segments, including contracts of at least $100k per year.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is an asset.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for others.
  • Ability to contribute to a go-to-market strategy and iterate quickly on process improvements.
  • A strong equity lens and commitment to inclusive, equitable practices.
