Description

Architect and build highly scalable backend microservices using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and distributed frameworks.
Optimize big data streaming and batch processing pipelines on AWS for high throughput and low latency.
Develop and maintain responsive ReactJS frontend components to deliver end-to-end features.
Own application health and reliability through observability, monitoring, metrics, and JVM performance tuning.
Automate cloud infrastructure with DevOps teams using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Kubernetes.
Collaborate across cross-functional PODs to improve software quality, technical standards, and architecture.
Support core cloud infrastructure scaling and operational excellence for enterprise data workflows.

Requirements

4–6+ years of professional backend-focused software development experience with highly scalable applications.
Deep proficiency in Java 17+ (SE/EE), Spring/Spring Boot, ORM frameworks (JPA/Hibernate), and reactive programming.
Solid practical experience developing applications with ReactJS.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, Kinesis, RDS, and Lambda, plus Infrastructure as Code tools including Kubernetes, Terraform, and Terragrunt.
Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL, as well as data streaming architectures.
High accountability, ownership mindset, and ability to work proactively and independently in a dynamic team.
Advanced English, both written and conversational, for collaboration with US-based teams across East/West Coast time zones.
Practical exposure to SRE practices, distributed tracing, or APM tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana (preferred).
Hands-on experience with high-throughput messaging tools like Apache Kafka or Spark (preferred).
Strong background in zero-downtime CI/CD deployment strategies (preferred).
