Description

  • Architect stateful multi-agent workflows using LangGraph or custom DAG orchestration, including human escalation and error recovery.
  • Build MCP servers and connectors that securely expose Salesforce tools, objects, actions, and context to agent runners.
  • Optimize model routing and context engineering across Claude model tiers for latency, accuracy, and token efficiency.
  • Design automated LLM evaluation harnesses using Promptfoo, Ragas, or DeepEval within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement observability and defense-in-depth security with tools such as LangSmith or Langfuse, input sanitization, field-level security, and PII scrubbing.
  • Establish API contracts, specification-driven development practices, and architectural standards for engineering teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise software engineering experience with Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Java, or Apex.
  • 3+ years of production experience building, evaluating, and scaling LLM applications and autonomous multi-agent workflows.
  • Expertise with LangGraph or LangChain, Anthropic/Claude APIs, MCP, and observability tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse, or OpenTelemetry.
  • Hands-on experience with automated LLM evaluation suites, including Promptfoo, Ragas, or LLM-as-a-judge patterns.
  • Strong diagnostic debugging skills for nondeterministic LLM behavior, context degradation, and latency bottlenecks.
  • Ability to translate complex AI concepts into architecture roadmaps for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent written and spoken professional English for direct client consultation.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and Connected Apps is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, vector search, Agentforce, containerized MCP servers, or Spec-Driven Development is preferred.
