Description

Turn early-stage business ideas into working prototypes through rapid experimentation and AI-enabled development tools.
Collaborate with business users, AI prototypers, and developers to clarify objectives and translate needs into functional solutions.
Build and refine AI features, including prompts, agent workflows, API integrations, and output evaluation methods.
Evaluate prototypes for quality, reliability, limitations, edge cases, and risks.
Package validated prototypes with clear structure, version control, and documentation for handoff to development teams.
Apply data privacy and security practices throughout prototyping and transition solutions toward production environments.
Review, test, and validate AI-generated output before relying on it.
Monitor emerging AI development tools and apply relevant capabilities to improve speed, quality, and business value.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, data science, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Ability to take an idea from concept to a working prototype through academic, internship, hackathon, side-project, or professional experience.
Experience using current AI development tools and evaluating AI-generated output for accuracy and reliability.
Working knowledge of version control, APIs, integrations, hosting, and deployment concepts.
Foundational software development skills; TypeScript, React, Python, or similar experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently through ambiguity, changing requirements, unfamiliar tools, and unstructured problems.
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, including balancing speed with quality.
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into development requirements.
Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to experiment and learn quickly.
Portfolio or examples of shipped functional projects is strongly preferred.
