Description

  • Develop computer vision and machine learning algorithms for confidential product initiatives.
  • Apply modern artificial intelligence techniques to help computers interpret visual data.
  • Build and refine image and video understanding capabilities, including classification, segmentation, and captioning.
  • Research and implement deep learning approaches for challenging computer vision problems.
  • Contribute to the development of first-of-its-kind AI communication technology.
  • Collaborate with the Product team on complex, innovative machine intelligence projects.

Requirements

  • Solid foundations in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning theory.
  • At least 3 years of commercial or equivalent computer vision experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, C, C++, or Java.
  • Experience with image classification, segmentation, or captioning.
  • Proficiency with image and video processing tools such as PIL/Pillow, GraphicsMagick, FFmpeg, OpenCV, or SimpleCV.
  • Proficiency with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, Caffe, Theano, MLLib, or Torch.
  • Experience with modern deep learning techniques, including convolutional networks, residual networks, or attention models.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced degree in computer science, machine learning, mathematics, statistics, physics, or computational linguistics preferred.
  • Experience with parallel computing technologies or big data and distributed computing platforms such as CUDA, MPI, Hadoop, Spark, or Storm preferred.
