Description

  • Develop and evolve Generative AI and agentic applications.
  • Build RAG solutions and enterprise knowledge retrieval components.
  • Implement AI agents that interact with tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Design multi-step workflows using tool use and Human-in-the-Loop patterns.
  • Integrate LLM providers and cloud AI services.
  • Build maintainable, testable components using sound software engineering practices.
  • Implement evaluation, observability, guardrails, and production monitoring capabilities.
  • Write automated tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and improve AI applications in production with support from senior engineers.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong Python development skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.
  • Understanding of modularity, separation of concerns, testability, maintainability, and clean interfaces.
  • Familiarity with API, service, asynchronous processing, and distributed application architectures.
  • Hands-on experience developing Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
  • Ability to build RAG solutions and/or agentic workflows.
  • Familiarity with tool use, function calling, and workflow orchestration patterns.
  • Proficiency with an AI framework or SDK such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Strands.
  • Practical experience with an LLM provider such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock.
  • Understanding of embeddings, vector search, knowledge retrieval, AI evaluation, observability, guardrails, and monitoring.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, databases, cloud services, Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, and version control; English proficiency required. Preferred experience includes multi-agent workflows, Agentic SDLC, knowledge graphs or GraphRAG, and tools such as Datadog LLM Observability, LangSmith, or OpenTelemetry.
