Description

  • Lead deep-dive troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis for complex AWS infrastructure and application issues.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and automated software releases.
  • Design and refine Infrastructure as Code modules using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Optimize cloud resources, load balancers, container orchestration systems, and database connection pools for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Lead observability and monitoring efforts using logs, traces, and metrics to detect and mitigate risks and bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement DevSecOps practices and troubleshoot container deployments in Docker and EKS.
  • Implement and enforce strict IAM governance and secure access controls.
  • Automate manual maintenance tasks to improve platform stability and release velocity.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Operations, or DevOps roles.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS core services including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, ECS/EKS, Route 53, and CloudWatch.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or CloudFormation, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
  • Strong background in Linux system administration, Bash or Python scripting, and network configuration including VPCs, Subnets, and Security Groups.
  • Proven experience performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes to reduce downtime.
  • Strong ownership mindset with high problem-solving autonomy and a proactive approach.
  • Advanced English written and spoken is required.
  • AWS certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are preferred.
  • Exposure to AWS CDK and L2/L3 construct patterns is preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux and service mesh architectures is preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or New Relic is preferred.
