Description

  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy to drive high growth in the continuous offensive security testing market.
  • Translate new AI product capabilities into customer value propositions and sales plays.
  • Build on the existing enterprise motion while sustaining the higher-velocity sales motion and larger ACVs.
  • Partner with sales operations to implement a scalable sales operating system with strong pipeline and forecasting discipline.
  • Hire, coach, and develop sales leaders and account executives, including roles, compensation inputs, metrics, territories, and performance management.
  • Work with Marketing to improve lead quality, define SLAs, and create feedback loops for continuous optimization.
  • Use existing CISO relationships and strategic outreach to generate pipeline and close business.
  • Partner with Product and Finance on pricing strategy, packaging, competitive positioning, and deal management.
  • Partner with Customer Success on account health, retention, and expansion in high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Communicate sales strategy, results, and executive updates to leadership and the board.
  • Partner with Product Management to bring customer feedback into product strategy.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of enterprise software and/or tech-enabled services sales experience.
  • Proven track record scaling revenue from $75M-$300M+.
  • Experience in CRO or VP/SVP-level sales leadership.
  • Experience building, leading, and scaling a sales organization.
  • Strong forecasting accuracy, quota attainment, and team development experience.
  • Deep experience selling to cybersecurity buyers such as CISOs, Security Operations, and Risk/Compliance leaders.
  • Established CISO relationships are highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, market dynamics, and offensive security/continuous testing.
  • Offensive security background preferred, including pentesting or security services experience.
  • Tech-enabled services experience preferred, including services-to-product transition experience.
  • International sales experience, especially in Europe, is preferred.
  • Experience managing complex global sales motions.
  • High forecasting rigor and honesty in executive communication.
  • East Coast location preferred.
