Description

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to company growth objectives for new business and expansion.
  • Build multi-touch campaigns that move prospects through the buyer journey across webinars, events, email, social, and display.
  • Use 6sense intent signals and UserGems tracking to trigger targeted plays across buying committees and target accounts.
  • Develop customer marketing and advocacy programs that support expansion pipeline and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Create strategies that convert pre-qualified applications into sales-qualified opportunities and closed-won deals.
  • Own campaign content such as reports, eBooks, white papers, and promotional offers tailored to journey stage.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for regional sales teams and participate in planning sessions.
  • Track lead follow-up and monitor regional marketing metrics to improve funnel efficiency and outcomes.
  • Incorporate learnings from performance data into ongoing programs and optimization efforts.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of marketing experience in growth, demand generation, or regional marketing, ideally in B2B technology or cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrable experience with account-based marketing strategies, tactics, and modern growth technologies.
  • Experience planning and executing field marketing strategies and events for prospects and customers.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and intent platforms such as 6sense or UserGems.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into campaign optimization and improved results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create conversion-focused content.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Direct experience with both UserGems and Qualified is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Tableau is preferred.
