Description

  • Prospect and win net new clients for DivisionHex across assigned accounts and territories.
  • Cross-sell DivisionHex services into existing Coalfire clients that are not currently using DivisionHex.
  • Develop and execute quarterly business development plans to meet sales bookings quotas.
  • Build and manage relationships with client executives and decision makers, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Partner with pre-sales solution architects, project management, delivery, and marketing teams on account planning and client engagement.
  • Prepare quarterly business reviews on business prospects and market conditions.
  • Lead the proposal process, including pricing strategy input, proposal development, SOW development, and contract negotiation.
  • Organize and lead pursuit teams and participate in client-facing strategy and planning sessions.
  • Develop pipeline, pursue opportunities, and support revenue goals through account planning and follow-up.
  • Increase awareness of Coalfire cybersecurity offerings internally and externally within the territory.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of successful direct cybersecurity sales or account management experience in a B2B environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience selling security consulting and managed services is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving annual bookings targets.
  • Proven history of quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and consistent pipeline generation.
  • Knowledge of security market trends, industry participants, new technologies, and business models.
  • Strong relationship-building ability with C-level executives, including CISO, CIO, CEO, CFO, COO, and CTO.
  • Experience maintaining an active network of C-level relationships is preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Ability to travel 25% to 50% monthly.
