Description

  • Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota.
  • Prospect, qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities across new and existing accounts.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic transactions through the sales process.
  • Identify and close growth opportunities within mid-enterprise accounts.
  • Present Rubrik solutions in complex data center design environments.
  • Co-sell and strategize with core field teams, partners, distributors, and VARs to accelerate growth.
  • Provide management with feedback on market opportunities and potential channel partnerships.
  • Drive daily pipeline generation while collaborating with sales, sales engineering, development, and channel teams.
  • Champion and evangelize the product internally, externally, and with resellers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of field technology sales experience, ideally selling IT cloud infrastructure, SaaS security, or NAS cloud-related products.
  • Consistent track record of landing net new logos.
  • Strong track record of selling across multiple accounts and verticals.
  • Experience working with channel partners.
  • Consistent overachievement against sales goals.
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, and able to execute with a strong "get it done" attitude.
  • Experience selling complex solutions.
  • Ability to understand product value proposition, competitors, objections, and market dynamics.
  • Experience in technical sales or a product-specialist sales role is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $119,000 to $190,100 USD.
  • Eligible for commissions under the company’s Incentive Compensation Plan.
