Description

  • Own a revenue pipeline by managing 30–40+ active opportunities and driving deals forward.
  • Identify compelling business reasons to move enterprise evaluations into faster sales cycles.
  • Partner with an SDR to map Tier 1 accounts and pursue target customers with a hunter mindset.
  • Navigate security, legal, and procurement hurdles to keep deals moving efficiently.
  • Use AI and sales technology to streamline research, personalization, and execution.
  • Engage developers, decision-makers, and procurement stakeholders across industries and company sizes.
  • Influence the direction and processes of the Sales Team and broader organization as the company grows.
  • Drive product value conversations that expand adoption and customer base.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling technical solutions to large or global companies.
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder maps and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced inside sales environment.
  • Comfort selling both lower-value deals and larger enterprise opportunities ranging from $150k to $500k.
  • Strong pipeline management and conversion-ratio discipline.
  • Resilient closer mindset with the confidence to disqualify slow-moving leads.
  • Advanced use of AI and modern sales technology to improve workflow and speed.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.; Sonar does not currently support visa candidates in the U.S.
  • Background check and reference verification are required before the start date.
