Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals.
  • Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines and short turnaround times.
  • Source candidates across LATAM using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Coordinate interviews and serve as the communication link between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and internal policies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience in LATAM is required.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
  • Full-time contractor availability for 40 hours per week.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM PST.
  • Pay rate of $7–$8 per hour depending on skillset and experience.
