Description

  • Own the execution of high-priority cross-functional commercial programs from planning through delivery.
  • Lead stakeholder alignment across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Legal, and external partners.
  • Manage strategic partnerships by setting governance, aligning objectives, and driving executive engagement.
  • Build analytical models, dashboards, and performance trackers to monitor results and inform decisions.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations for leadership and partners.
  • Translate commercial priorities into actionable plans with clear owners, timelines, deliverables, and accountability.
  • Design and implement scalable processes, tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms to improve team execution.
  • Anticipate risks, challenge assumptions, and recommend solutions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Support the Commercial Innovations & Partnerships team with coordination, visibility, and execution discipline.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare technology, or a similar execution-focused role in a high-growth healthcare organization.
  • Experience in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, payer-provider dynamics, healthcare operations, business operations, program management, partnerships, or cross-functional execution preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Experience in a PMO or dedicated program management role is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a record of driving structure and accountability.
  • Experience managing external partner or customer relationships and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in AI tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience building financial models, dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills with the ability to create executive-ready presentations.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, healthcare operations, and payer-provider dynamics.
  • Ability to influence results through collaboration, communication, and execution rather than formal authority.
