Description

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of assigned enterprise-level clients.
  • Close new and expansion business on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis while meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and own deadlines and deliverables throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop relationships with C-level leaders and key decision makers to align Cloudflare solutions with customer transformation goals.
  • Generate pipeline through high-volume outreach and a deep understanding of customer goals and where Cloudflare can add value.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and report opportunity status in weekly sales meetings using MEDDPIC in SFDC.
  • Manage the purchasing process, document progress, and establish jointly owned timelines to drive deals to closure.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, proposals, and commercial terms.
  • Leverage Cloudflare executive support and briefing processes to strengthen sponsorship within accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to create joint value propositions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute GTM guidance for account strategy.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the Philadelphia, PA area for this remote role.
  • 6+ years of experience with cloud networking and security technology, with industry awareness.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quota.
  • Expert sales acumen across discovery, positioning, competition, negotiation, closing, and expansion.
  • Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team across a long-term account horizon.
  • Ability to identify key stakeholders and turn business issues into solutions.
  • Strong closing skills and comfort selling for both new business and expansion.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships quickly and work with C-level and technical decision makers.
  • Experience with forecasting, SFDC discipline, pipeline management, account engagement, negotiation, and closing.
  • Ability to act with integrity, maintain a positive attitude, and execute with discipline and persistence.

  • Estimated annual base/variable compensation of $266,000-$320,000 for PA-based hires.
