Description

  • Own and grow a territory or vertical to drive revenue and subscription targets.
  • Acquire new business and expand existing customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships across enterprise and public sector accounts.
  • Lead strategic account planning, forecasting, and funnel management.
  • Collaborate with Partner Account Managers, sales engineers, and marketing on joint go-to-market execution.
  • Present Extreme Cloud IQ, Platform One, SD-WAN, switching, wireless, and services to address customer challenges.
  • Sell using a value-led approach by articulating ROI and long-term platform advantages.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving system integrators, consultants, and managed service providers.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work with internal and partner stakeholders to execute partner-led sales motions.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably in networking, cloud, or security.
  • Proven success in hunting, closing large deals, and exceeding quota.
  • Strong understanding of India’s enterprise and public sector landscape.
  • Established network of relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and IT decision-makers.
  • Experience with strategic thinking, consultative selling, and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or a similar enterprise sales methodology.
  • High accountability, ownership mindset, and strong collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Experience selling AI-driven networking, cloud-managed infrastructure, or SD-WAN solutions is preferred.
