Description

  • Train and support customers through onboarding using video, phone, and email.
  • Manage the customer journey for Guest Experience and Marketing products.
  • Partner with Sales to define success metrics, demonstrate ROI, and support retention.
  • Build strong customer relationships that encourage platform adoption and loyalty.
  • Develop expertise in Cloudbeds products, integrations, and evolving customer needs.
  • Use AI and smart tools to streamline repetitive training and administrative work.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to share customer insights and improve operations.
  • Create training materials, maintain the knowledge base, and document reusable customer information.
  • Maintain accurate customer activity records in Salesforce and provide actionable product feedback.
  • Manage multiple customer accounts or projects while helping clients become self-sufficient.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of five-star hospitality experience in a Front Office or Revenue Manager role at a leading hotel brand, or 3+ years of relevant customer-facing SaaS experience.
  • Deep expertise in Guest Experience communications.
  • Ability to explain complex AI-driven concepts, including Revenue Intelligence, in practical business terms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with empathy and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to clearly communicate product offerings and synthesize customer feedback for internal teams.
  • Strong organizational, proactive project, and account-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms preferred.
  • English, Portuguese, Spanish, Thai, or Tagalog language skills preferred.
  • Project Management certification preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the job location without visa sponsorship.
  • Availability for shifts between 11:00 AM–8:00 PM UTC and 1:00 PM–10:00 PM UTC.
