Description

  • Take introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects and guide them through the full sales cycle.
  • Run strategy and pitch presentations to prospective clients.
  • Manage the pipeline from first touch through close, including follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Handle sales objections and maintain sales sequences to support conversion.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials such as a playbook and objection library.
  • Own and operate internal Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and execute the company’s broader marketing strategy, including content, brand positioning, and demand generation.
  • Create or direct marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content.
  • Think strategically about how advertising supports the company’s broader growth and brand goals.
  • Help shape the company’s sales and marketing function as it scales, with potential to lead a team in the future.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience, not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification.
  • A demonstrated track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation, with a meaningful portion from commissions or performance-based incentives.
  • Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers.
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta, or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to operate as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience in Meta advertising or a related performance marketing environment is preferred.

Benefits

  • $85,000 base salary plus performance-based commission, with approximately $150,000 OTE.
