Description

  • Conduct in-depth value discovery with clients to understand their business models and strategic objectives.
  • Build and present data-backed business cases, ROI models, and value analyses for client champions and executives.
  • Lead the development of board- and C-level narratives, including strategic recommendations, value realization stories, and investment roadmaps.
  • Identify and implement AI-first initiatives to improve value deliverables and scalable quantification methodologies.
  • Create reusable assets and tools that help the revenue organization embed value throughout the sales motion.
  • Partner with sales leadership, revenue enablement, and product teams to strengthen value-based messaging across the customer journey.
  • Work with Customer Success and Account teams to quantify post-sale value and support expansion, renewal, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Codify customer value drivers and win/loss insights into feedback for Product, Marketing, and Pricing.
  • Influence roadmap, packaging, and positioning around measurable customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Over 7 years of experience in value consulting, IT leadership, finance, or sales/pre-sales.
  • Experience with enterprise financial modeling.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to understand customer business models, financial statements, and KPIs.
  • Ability to engage, challenge, and influence C-level executives.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and consultative communication skills.
  • Experience translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, product, marketing, and customer teams.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity and identity fundamentals, industry trends, and the regulatory landscape.
  • Comfort with up to 30% travel within the AMER region.
  • Preferred experience in cybersecurity or identity and access management is implied by the role context.
