Description

  • Run the full sales process from first introductory conversation through signed contract.
  • Take inbound discovery calls, deliver strategy and pitch presentations, and manage the pipeline to close.
  • Handle objections, follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials, including a sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
  • Own and operate the company’s internal Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and execute broader marketing strategy across content, brand positioning, and demand generation.
  • Create or direct marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content.
  • Work cross-functionally with the founding team to support company growth and revenue objectives.
  • Think strategically about brand and how advertising fits into the company’s overall growth strategy.
  • Help lay the groundwork for a future sales and marketing leadership function.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience, not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification.
  • A proven track record of earning $125,000+ in total compensation in a prior role, with a meaningful portion from commissions or performance incentives.
  • Experience selling professional services to SMB or mid-market buyers with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks.
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, with Meta preferred, or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
  • Comfort operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience with Meta advertising, content, brand positioning, or demand generation is preferred.

  • $85,000 base salary plus performance-based commission.
