Description

  • Take all introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects.
  • Run strategy and pitch presentations to advance deals through the pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales process from first touch to signed contract.
  • Handle objections, follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
  • Own and operate the company’s internal Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and execute the broader marketing strategy across content, brand positioning, and demand generation.
  • Create or direct marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content.
  • Think holistically about brand and how advertising supports the overall growth strategy.
  • Help lay the groundwork for future team leadership and a broader sales and marketing function.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience, not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification.
  • A demonstrated track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a previous role, with meaningful commission or performance-based pay.
  • Experience selling professional services with a 2 to 6 week sales cycle to SMB or mid-market buyers.
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, with Meta preferred, or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, with HubSpot preferred, including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
  • Comfort operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience building a sales playbook, objection handling process, or marketing assets is a plus.

Benefits

  • $85,000 base salary plus performance-based commission on closed business.
  • OTE of approximately $150,000 per year.
