Description

  • Lead, hire, develop, and manage multiple team members across the performance marketing pod.
  • Own pod KPIs, goals, and quarterly bonus forecasting for client accounts.
  • Strategize, develop, and launch marketing funnels such as low-ticket sales funnels, webinar funnels, and call funnels.
  • Work with the project manager to assign tasks and ensure funnel launches stay on timeline.
  • Collaborate with HR on hiring needs, staffing, onboarding, and training for the pod.
  • Review client performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including campaign performance, lead conversion, database growth, and pipeline growth.
  • Use data to monitor performance indicators and adjust strategy based on targets.
  • Work with copywriters and senior media buyers to ideate and launch direct response video ads.
  • Develop and execute media buying strategy on quarterly, monthly, and annual timelines.
  • Build and optimize new sales funnels, including strategy, offer, pricing, tracking, and lifecycle sequences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the info product or consulting niche.
  • Proven track record of scaling consulting or information businesses.
  • Experience managing social media advertising budgets above $50,000 per month.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing a team or leading cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with email marketing preferred.
  • Experience managing Google and/or YouTube advertising budgets preferred.
  • Agency experience and/or client-facing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or similar experience preferred, but not required.
  • Experience developing a holistic digital growth strategy across organic and paid revenue sources.
  • Strong communication habits, including prompt Slack communication and active participation in weekly full-team meetings and daily standups.
