Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily using a defined prospect call list.
  • Run structured email and LinkedIn outreach alongside phone outreach.
  • Qualify prospects against defined criteria and book meetings for Account Executives.
  • Log outreach activity and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
  • Hit weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets.
  • Work primarily with prospects in finance and operations.

Requirements

  • Proven outbound sales track record with measurable results.
  • Clear, direct communication skills.
  • Resilience and comfort handling frequent rejection.
  • Motivation to earn through performance-based compensation.
  • Background in competitive sports or high-pressure environments is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely in the United States.
  • Experience level is flexible, with base salary adjusted for experience and location.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 per year.
  • Performance-based earnings through On Target Earnings (OTE).
