Description

  • Serve as the HubSpot and Salesforce expert for CRM governance and revenue operations.
  • Manage workflows and maintain accurate data entry for complex government contracts.
  • Maintain a source of truth for revenue activities and related operational data.
  • Partner with State Sales Directors to streamline the deal desk process.
  • Support contract generation and ensure compliance documentation such as KYC/KYB is ready for implementation after Legal review.
  • Build and manage dashboards that track pipeline health, conversion rates, and funds deployment velocity.
  • Provide weekly data insights and stories to support executive decision-making.
  • Assist in aligning sales efforts with the integrated marketplace of 100+ vendors to maximize value for end users.
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Validation Services to prepare internal systems for new state contracts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • Experience in GovTech or FinTech is a nice to have.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
  • Experience with NetSuite or billing operations.
  • Fluency in FinTech, compliance, or government payments is a plus.
