Description

  • Design and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, and agentic AI workflows.
  • Build and optimize model-training and serving infrastructure across cloud providers and compute instances.
  • Develop tools for data pipelines, labeling, experiment tracking, performance monitoring, and automated retraining.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and ML engineers to productionize proofs of concept with reproducibility and scalability.
  • Implement CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment workflows for ML systems.
  • Monitor model health, performance, drift, and production data quality.
  • Partner with engineering teams on infrastructure provisioning and data access.
  • Drive cost optimization and performance tuning for large-scale model training.
  • Document internal ML infrastructure practices and standards.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of software or ML engineering experience, including at least 3+ years in MLOps or ML infrastructure.
  • Strong experience with Python, C, C++, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Experience deploying and managing machine learning models in production.
  • Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for scalable ML systems.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and GPU orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of data versioning, model reproducibility, and monitoring strategies.
  • Experience training models from scratch and optimizing models with techniques such as quantization, distillation, TensorRT, or ONNX preferred.
  • Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation, distributed systems, high-performance computing, or open-source contributions preferred.
