Description

  • Partner with clients to understand business objectives, workflows, technical environments, data, and constraints.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into technical requirements, architectures, prototypes, and delivery plans.
  • Design and build AI applications, agentic workflows, APIs, developer tools, data pipelines, and full-stack products.
  • Engineer AI harnesses, including prompts, tools, context, memory, permissions, runtime controls, observability, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Build agent loops and graph-based workflows supporting planning, execution, reflection, recovery, and human approvals.
  • Create evaluation frameworks measuring accuracy, reliability, safety, latency, cost, task completion, and user value.
  • Integrate solutions with enterprise systems, data sources, cloud platforms, and third-party services.
  • Implement testing, documentation, security, observability, continuous delivery, safeguards, and fallback mechanisms.
  • Troubleshoot client-environment issues and communicate technical decisions, risks, trade-offs, and progress.
  • Collaborate across product, design, engineering, data, security, and client teams while contributing reusable technical patterns.

Requirements

  • Professional experience building and deploying production-grade software, preferably AI-powered or agentic systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or a comparable language used for AI applications and developer tooling.
  • Practical experience with AI harness engineering, agent loops, tools, permissions, context management, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with graph orchestration, state machines, multi-step workflows, and human-in-the-loop systems.
  • Experience designing AI evaluation systems, regression suites, benchmarks, human reviews, or production monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern software development.
  • Ability to move from ambiguous customer problems to validated prototypes and secure, maintainable production systems.
  • Strong product judgment across capability, reliability, latency, cost, security, and user experience.
  • Experience collaborating directly with customers or cross-functional delivery teams and communicating complex technical topics clearly.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client workshops or on-site delivery; experience with cloud, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, RAG, AI observability, security, or agent frameworks is preferred.
