Description

  • Partner with clients to understand objectives, workflows, technical environments, data, and constraints.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into technical requirements, architectures, prototypes, and delivery plans.
  • Build AI applications, agentic workflows, APIs, developer tools, data pipelines, and full-stack products.
  • Design AI harnesses, agent loops, state graphs, tools, context, permissions, observability, evaluations, and human controls.
  • Integrate solutions with enterprise systems, data sources, cloud platforms, and third-party services.
  • Develop prototypes, validate them with users and evaluations, and evolve successful concepts into secure, scalable products.
  • Implement testing, documentation, security, observability, safeguards, fallbacks, and continuous delivery practices.
  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, including hallucinations, prompt injection, context loss, looping, and unsafe actions.
  • Communicate technical decisions, risks, trade-offs, and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, data, security, and client teams; support workshops, demonstrations, and pre-sales activities.

Requirements

  • Professional experience building and deploying production-grade software, preferably AI-powered or agentic systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or another language used for AI applications and developer tooling.
  • Experience designing AI harnesses, including context, tools, permissions, controls, memory, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Experience with agent loops, graph-based orchestration, state machines, and multi-step workflows.
  • Experience creating AI evaluation systems using benchmarks, regression suites, model grading, human review, or production monitoring.
  • Knowledge of prompts, context management, memory, retrieval, tool use, structured outputs, and model selection.
  • Experience instrumenting AI systems to trace decisions, inspect states, measure quality, and diagnose failures.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern software development.
  • Ability to move from ambiguous customer problems to prototypes and secure, maintainable production systems.
  • Strong product judgment, communication skills, ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to travel occasionally for client work.
  • Experience with agent frameworks, RAG, embeddings, vector search, knowledge graphs, multi-model systems, or AI observability preferred.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, or CI/CD preferred.
  • Customer-facing experience in consulting, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or professional services preferred.
  • Claude certification or equivalent practical experience with Claude-based AI solutions preferred.
